During our Launch Sprint, we've designed a bespoke growth strategy based on your overall goals. Together, we've broken down these goals into monthly objectives.
Hence, the final step is very much on-going. At the end of our testing cycle, we'll have a good idea of what's working best. In our weekly sprints, we will focus on growing further, improving different conversion points, onboarding new customers and making operations more efficient.
Weekly sprints in marketing?
When working with us, we organise one or two weekly meetings to manage our collaboration productively.
At the beginning of each week, it’s all about analysis and planning. We want to understand what worked well the previous week in terms of performance, what are the main obstacles we need to overcome and how we will pass them.
We will review those tasks with every debrief meeting, the performance of ongoing actions and campaigns. In fast-paced environments, a lot can happen in 3 working days. We will also discuss any areas of improvement based on our observations and what happened during that time frame.
For example, the number of new customers could be increasing but the conversion rate of those new customers to paying ones could be decreasing.
Instead of developing resources further to attract more new customers, we would first focus on converting existing ones.
It’s not because we have weekly meetings that communication is not linear: you’re welcome to join our Slack or we can join yours so that we’re always reachable.
