We establish these KPIs quarterly, together. By implementing a growth strategy previously defined in a Launch Sprint, we will know what road to take to meet those KPIs. Even if the journey may lead us to take a slightly different path, we will know what destination we want to reach together.
KPIs are broken down on a monthly basis so that we can set clear targets every month. That is why we scope our work on a weekly basis: to make sure we meet those monthly objectives and, therefore, quarterly KPIs.
